Registration Packages & Options

The content of all packages (lunches, gala dinner, excursion) is fully detailed in "Registration Information" page.

The registration fees reported below correspond to Early Bird and still be by March 11th.

Notice that and increase of €75.00 will be applied after March 11th on each packages.

Registering your accompanying person is mandatory to participate in the welcome cocktail, gala evening, excursion, and all breaks and lunches during the event.

Please note that children aged 12 and over will be charged the adult rate.

The excursion fee for children aged 3 to 12 is only €50 (partially covered by NANOinBIO).

There are no fees for children under 3.

Accompanying person who want to participate only to the excursion and Gala dinner will be charged of €250.
Registration for the excursion is mandatory for security reasons and also required at the ferry terminal.

* Excursion is partially covered by NANOinBIO so local students and academics.

** All funds raised through the Carbon-Neutral Option will be donated to the Regional Biodiversity Agency of Guadeloupe Islands (ARBIG) to support the project to inventory and protect the fauna of the seabed in the southern isles of Guadeloupe.
