Cancellation conditions

The cancellation fees are subject to the following conditions:

Cancellation of registration for the Event by the Participant • Cancellation up to 15 calendar days before the event: full refund of the order. • Cancellation less than 14 calendar days before the event: no refund possible, except within the legal 14-day withdrawal period. The refund will be processed by the agent within 14 calendar days upon receiving the necessary information to process the refund.

Cancellation of registration for the social program or accompanying activities by the Participant • Cancellation up to 15 calendar days before the event: full refund of the order. • Cancellation less than 14 calendar days before the event: no refund possible, except within the legal 14-day withdrawal period. The refund will be processed by the agent within 14 calendar days upon receiving the necessary information to process the refund.

Cancellation of registration for the Event by the Exhibitor • Cancellation up to 10 calendar weeks before the event: refund of 30% of the total order amount. • Cancellation less than 10 calendar weeks: no refund possible.

If necessary, the agent is responsible for the contentious recovery and pursues execution according to the rules applicable to its own claims, using one of the enforcement titles mentioned in Article L.111-3 of the Code of Civil Enforcement Procedures.
